For the woman who has experienced a traumatic birth and is still carrying the weight of it—whether it was weeks, months, or even years ago.
You may not know where to begin or what healing even looks like, but you know you need support.

This 90-minute session is a safe and compassionate space to share your story with someone who truly understands—without judgment, without minimizing, just deep listening and support.

What to expect:

Create a gentle, grounding space to begin.
Give voice to your birth story in a way that feels safe and supported.
A guided somatic practice to release emotions and calm your nervous system.
A personalized tool or practice to take home, giving you a starting point for your healing journey.

This isn’t about retraumatising you. Your body already holds the impact of what you’ve been through. This is about gently releasing what’s been stored, honoring your experience, and allowing space for healing to begin.

These sessions are online via Zoom and are on a koha/donations basis. A contribution of your choice is kindly expected and deeply appreciated.
